Actually gets back to you unlike the 3 other companies I'd called before hearing about GotJunk. Friendly staff who contacted me twice before attending to let me know about the removal & fees process. Staff who attended was very polite & efficient. Truck was clean & well maintained, previously I've used companies who's old trucks have leaked oil on my property.

Fast, efficient, patient and very friendly. They even added a desk at the end for no extra charge. They were done within an hour even though they had to go up and down the stairs. Very happy with the service and would use their service in the future.
