I logged a call today (24/4/22) at 3:20 for between 3:30-5:30 and rang to confirm. I spoke almost immediately to a human (in Canada!) and he confirmed. I had a phone call from Leroy 15 minutes later confirming and then 20 minutes later to say he was on his way. Leroy was fantastic - polite, quick to move furniture, obliging, funny, helpful. Just so good.
