Here’s the review I’ve left on Google: This was an EXCELLENT customer experience through and through. It all started with an outstanding customer service representative assisting me over the phone. She thoroughly explained the pricing method, timeline, and expectations with an exceptionally positive attitude. I felt comfortable asking questions, and felt like I was given full transparency before sending someone out to give me an estimate. I received same-day service, and the guys gave me a call to ask if it was okay if they came a little early—UNHEARD OF. When they got here, they were courteous, fast, and thorough. They were polite when I showed them where the trash was, and they gave me a quick estimate that didn’t make me feel pressured to go with the service if the price was not within my expectations (though their pricing was extremely reasonable to begin with). They swiftly removed the large junk I had in my backyard and were respectful of our property whilst doing so. If I ever have the need to get rid of large trash again, I will not hesitate to use this company again.
