Roderick works in the office. My goal was for my one-item removal to be completed before the city garbage truck showed up at my multi-story condo building. The first two ETAs Roderick gave me over the phone did not work out, but he hung in there and was able to get my removal completed before the garbage truck showed up. Jerry and Nick arrived in my home for the one-item removal. They worked quickly and quietly. They followed my instructions perfectly, even when I had to change things up.
