Super easy to schedule. Mike and Rod were awesome. Very professional and friendly. They estimated with in minutes of how long it would take them to arrive and was real close on how much the junk would weigh before they started loading it. Great team and great service

I've used you in the past and know this is a well-oiled machine. The constructive critique I have is for you to not over schedule. I was given the window of 8-10 a.m. and though I was called at 7:45 to confirm I was on the schedule, the truck didn't arrive until 11:20 a.m. If you're going to give customers a time, it needs to be accurate.
