Pick up is easy and the employees are always great. My only complaint is scheduling. I scheduled for 1:30 and at 10 they called to say they were in my area. Now I’ll have to pay again to have the rest of the junk hauled out. Maybe that’s the reason why so we do 2 loads instead of 1 but it is a bit annoying
