The guys were professional and friendly, allowing me to consider cost variables for a variety of items I wanted out of the house. In the end, I had them take everything. Felt great to see my 30 year old sectional and two ancient XL TVs disappear! My only disappointment was that the call Center did not mention the $35 per TV surcharge before the trucks arrived. The guys explained the reasons and offered me the chance to cancel. No matter, I was still thrilled to see everything go, just like on your ads!

The online scheduling was easy, they communicated their arrival time with me the day of, very helpful with removing my junk and very polite the entire time.
