I received my notification call exactly when expected, with an eta that matched the prompt arrival of Leonard and Shane (both appropriately masked before approaching) at the beginning of my appointment window. Everything about the process was clear before any work began, including pricing. Upon starting, they were both highly attentive to the items (some of which I'd been able to sort through and knew were all to be taken and some I hadn't been able to fully sort through) and I greatly appreciated them alerting me when encountering some things I wanted to keep for the time being. They powered through my project for an overall excellent experience, and I would absolutely call for this service again!
