The customer service is amazing, I had to reschedule my appointment for a sooner date since my new bed was delivered sooner than I anticipated. I had an email response back with 5-10 minutes rescheduling my appointment for the very next morning. The guys that picked my stuff up were so friendly and courteous. They were prompt and got the job done efficiently. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. It was just a little more expensive than I anticipated, it?s because I live in pretty much the middle of nowhere. If you live in a more rural and less populated area expect to pay a little more.
