I had one item that needed to go, and the process was pretty simple. For the pricing model, I wish I had more to send with them, however. It would also be great if there was an online payment option, to be 100% contactless during the pickup.

The truck was on time. The men were friendly and efficient. My junk was removed in about 10 minutes. I will definitely recommend and use 1-800-Got Junk again. Sandra Lancaster
