They are very professional. The lady I spoke with on the phone was great as were the guys (Bill and Austin) that came out to the house to do the clean-up.

Communication and above and beyond service

Thanks to Nate & Kaleb for the great job they did removing very heavy furniture from my home today and moving furniture for me that I wanted to be placed in another room. As a Senior woman...it was impossible for me to do and so I was very grateful!!! Throughout their time in my home they were very professional & respectful! In addition, they were great at keeping me informed regarding their arrival time! It is a service I highly recommend!

This is the fourth time I have hired 1-800-got-junk. The company is extremely consistent with the communication and delivery from start to finish. The people who actually come to the house are extremely communicative, respectful, and quick. One of the items I am always impressed with is just how fair the price appears to be. I was given a two hour window of time arrival and the driver stayed in regular contact with me and they showed up within the timeframe. They made quick work out of the removal of the reclining sofa, and the price was fair. It was very professional.
