Very professional but a little over priced

Short arrival window 2hr vs 4/5 from other people coming to the home (i.e. Lowes delivery), and on time. Also, your guys were great. They we’re very friendly and respectful. They worked hard on a very hot day. I would highly recommend 800GotJunk to others. Thank you!

Quick, easy, pleasant employees

They got rid of my junk at a fair price and the team was professional and capable.

First, the process to make an appointment was very easy. Throughout the day, I received several calls pinpointing exactly when they would arrive. The two men were very polite and really went above and beyond to help me with a huge mess. My garage had leaked along a wall so the refuse that needed to go was really disgusting in some cases. I had bagged a lot of trash but the men really uncovered even worse as they went along picking things up and as they were bagging things up. Not once did they seem judgmental about all my stuff that had turned into mush and musty things. They truly went above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to call 800-GOT-JUNK again. I'm very grateful for these two men that really helped me.

Nice people and very good service

Employee was very nice and presentable upon arrival. He was very quick about the task and really did a great job. I'm glad this company is around to provide a great service to the area.

Price is reasonable. The staff is extremely polite, do exactly what you need them to do. Scheduling is also super easy.
