The customer service rep was very friendly and helpful. She scheduled a pickup for the very next day. The guys, Matt and Nyquan, called me to let me know approximately when they would be at my home and when they arrived they were very friendly and explained how the cost is determined. I had a lot of rotted wood, leaves, weeds and cinder block that needed removed, so there was a lot of running back and forth to the truck. They were very pleasant and smiling the entire time. I will definitely call these guys for future jobs.
