John and Jordan were fantastic, cheerful and just great. They called to let me know they were a bit behind. Even offered if I wanted them to pick up coffee or a water for me. That was very sweet of them to offer. They called again to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived they immediately asked if I preferred them to wear a mask. They had to cut the sofa and NEVER did I hear one complaint, or any negative comments. They worked well together and gave feed back to each other of what to do next. I can describe my experience today as perfect. It was the first time I used your service and I am so happy I did. The gentlemen called to tell me they were 20 minutes away and they arrived on the dot. Mason and Matthew introduced themselves and got to work. They removed the sofa and loveseat quickly and efficiently and knew how to maneuver the bulky pieces so as not to damage anything. When I asked for their help to move two pieces to replace my old furniture, they agreed to do it. They were professional, courteous, and kind. Their client service is a tribute to your company.
