Scheduling is very accommodating. The 2 gentlemen were very professional and courteous. They arrived on time and retrieved an antiquated TV from 2nd floor with skill and ease without touching a single wall and treadmill from basement. When we moved in 20 yrs ago, that TV required 3 men to carry upstairs. I had trepidations about not knowing the price beforehand, but the no obligation option is real. The price was steeper than I wanted to pay but, scheduling was difficult with other hauling companies because it was a small job. I was also determined to get rid of that old monstrosity that didn't work and only collected dust. I would recommend 1800GOTJUNK
