The team was able to troubleshoot how to take apart the large desk, I really appreciate the time it took taking it apart and carrying it out to the truck, it was quicker than I thought. They were very polite and careful in my house.

Very organized, polite and respectful and quick yet careful with things.

First of all, when I first called I was immediately connected to a real person who answered all my questions and gave me a price without having to come out here first. (I did check with 2 other places to be sure the price was reasonable and it was!) Then I was contacted to confirm the details (and the person left a number that allowed me to call her back with no phone menus!) On the day of the pickup, the team kept me informed about their estimated time of arrival throughout the day. I appreciated that the 2 men that came were neatly attired, and very polite and good communicators. I had a large item that they maneuvered with ease around corners and down stairs with no bumping on walls etc. It was an excellent experience from start to finish! I would definitely recommend.
