Great communication, everyone I dealt with was very polite, & the two young men who picked up my couch were on time, courteous, & did a great job. It made getting rid of unwanted waste so easy.I’ve never used this service before but I absolutely will use Got Junk again!

I was told by Dana on Thursdays call that my hours I booked were wrong,and I needed to be available at 330 instead of 430. But the drivers called and kept me informed,and said 430. But the drivers were very professional, thorough, and personable. Made the experience so easy.
