Movers are very courteous and have excellent customer service skills. The scheduling process is an easy telephone call with a service representative who documents items to be discarded, appointment time and cost payment methods; followup with confirmation emails. The movers call to give eta and arrive within the scheduled time. As previously, I prefer utilizing this service instead of county.
