Service person Daniel explained everything clearly, in way of pricing, timing, and what to expect with removal. He was exceptionally friendly, customer service driven and a delight to meet and talk to. He develops rapport easily and quite honestly could be looked to for customer service training , because in today’s times there are many service industry options , but only some get it right when it comes to the customer experience. Daniel gets it, 100% and is a genuine spirit.
