The gentlemen we had went beyond to help us! He didn't rush us, was very courteous, kind to help us with our needs, & we would recommend him to others! You are bless to have him as an employee! He does justice to represent his company that he works for. Even when the sales department mess up by saying it was to be a "Free pick up," (which it wasn't), he worked to help us out. So I could not dock points against the gentleman who picked up our freezer. But I would work with making things clearer with the sales department on misrepresenting to the customers.
