Communication was GREAT! Got a call in the morning that the 2 person team would arrive within the requested time window. Also received a call from Josh when they were 45 minutes away. Josh and Shane arrived on time and were very knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient. I like the fact that the bedroom furniture that was donated will go to one of many charities that they work with. It is heartwarming to know that someone will get good use out of it. I would recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK to anyone who needs items removed from their for any reason.

The two staff members who assisted us in disposing of items were fantastic. They were patient, friendly and very helpful. We had over two truck loads of items to dispose of and they were fantastic. I absolutely recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK and especially Isaac and Chab.
