The communication process on the day of their arrival which was at the beginning of the estimated window. The great customer service and the information sharing of how the various items would be dealt with (local charities having access) vs. simply taking to the dump. The items were removed in short order and so glad I scheduled this service to be done.I had only listed one item and when they arrived asked about taking some additional items since I wasn't sure if there was a time commitment based on what had been initially scheduled. I was assured they would take any items that needed to be removed and all were done.
