The team took care to verify which items I wanted to be removed and asked if there was anything else outside or in the house I wanted them to take because I had explained that I was in a serious downsizing mode. They were not pushy, just offering great customer service. Both men were friendly, polite, and helpful, and worked quickly to remove the items. Same-day pick-up is much appreciated because when I decide to get rid of 'stuff', I want it gone before I have a chance to change my mind. I appreciate the first telephone call telling me the team had one pick-up they were working and then would be coming to me. As promised, the team called me a few minutes before they arrived.
