Easy access by phone for arranging my pickup. Very clear description of the entire process and the responsibilities of GotJunk by the phone staff. Very accurate timing and arrival for the pickup at my residence. Extremely polite and respectful throughout.

Daniel called to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival he introduced himself & Andrew. They were very informative, professional & polite. They explained they would need to look around to come up with a plan & assess what the cost might be. After looking inside & outside they discovered it was a bigger job than they thought. Daniel advised us an estimated cost. We agreed & they got started. After filling up their truck with only garage items Daniel came up with a new plan & rallied the troops. He kept us informed the entire time. Pretty soon there were multiple trucks & guys. Each a new person arrived they came in & introduced themselves. We met Jordan, Matt, Austin & Blake. Daniel & Andrew work together very well & seemed to be in sync with each other. They were also very compassionate about my circumstances & very understanding. What was very apparent was they all enjoy & said they love their job. What we thought was going to be a difficult day, Daniel & Andrew, made it somehow better. Because of Daniel, Andrew & the team we have no problem referring this company to family & friends. A big thank you to your team & your company.
