The guys who picked up for my father were great. Very friendly and professional. I am a little frustrated at getting a quote for $93 for a "large freezer" and then being charged $159. If the customer service calls are recorded, this one should be listened to. I had to pay $65 more than what I was quoted because the customer service rep was not correct.
