Gosh, where to start to describe such a GREAT experience?Background: my family members and I needed assistance ASAP clearing out a large house in Loganville, Georgia in which a cousin of ours - sadly - had passed away recently. The house was quite large, and my cousin had a habit of keeping just about everything, so the task of identifying, sorting, and culling the contents of each room was pretty intimidating.Lucky for my family, we had the perfect teammates: the amazing Cam and Xavier! These guys were courteous and professional, sensitive to the awkward issue of a households that had not been "in order" for a very long time. Cam and Xavier were patient and efficient, working closely with us as we sorted through the contents of boxes, closets, cabinets, drawers, etc. In each room, my sister and I were able to identify and set aside items of value (either sentimental or monetary) . . . and then Cam and Xavier quietly cleared away everything else. We worked together like this for a day and a half, making quick work of mountains of household items and personal effects that we could NEVER have handled by ourselves.Of course, at the end of each day, we tipped well for a job well done - which should always be the case between customers and service providers.In summary, I would highly recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK to anyone needing a large clean-up project done in a way that is efficient and professional but also personal and caring.
