The workers (Andrew and Theo) were outstanding, so willing to accommodate whatever I wanted done. They called before they came, worked hard and efficiently and were pleasant the entire time. My only complaint might be that the person I spoke with on the phone initially did not tell me that there would be a $5/bulb for each florescent light tube. He just said that yes, they would take them. I was not prepared for the additional charge. I will definitely use 1-800-JUNK again!
