They were very kind...however there was an oversight of broken down boxes behind a cabinet inside the front door that I just noticed and some packing trash left under a large armchair. I just had chemo and was looking forward to it allbeing gone...other than that I would not complain. It was more money than I thought it would be. Seriously they were kind and did a good job in the heat
