The representative that responded quickly to my request for assistance in re- moving items prior to my move was an amazing whirlwind of help. All was done in 1/2 hour . I was awed by their quick response to my call. it was same day service , i phone 20m, appointment scheduled between 5p-7p. They were om time, & phoned to let me know approximate time of arrival. The workers Hosea and Mike represented their company well, were GREAT!!!, They were courteous, friendly, knew how to dismantle my large sofa, chair, table, which was very heavy, but no complaints about it. they even offered to move additional furnishings if needed. They were careful not to damage my wood floors. Their cost was reasonable for what i had moved and the labor required to do so. I highly recommend "1-800-GOT JUNK. if i need this service again I will definitely call them...and ask for Hosea & Mike. Great Service!!!
