I used on-line scheduling in the morning and got a pickup that afternoon. Scheduling was easy. The driver called to notify me when he was on his way. The pickup crew was professional, courteous, and efficient.

professional employees, worked efficiently, left spaces clean and organized, kind and easy to work with. My only feedback would be on teh website it says that you donate items, but i do not think that is true based on how the items were handled- they were very much so thrown in the truck as they were trash, which i think is fine from the employees perspective, but think the website should not advertise that items are donated.
