This is the second time I have used 1-800-GOT-JUNK and just like the first time, the experience was extremely easy. I reserved my spot on line and had multiple time frames from which to choose. I got a confirmation email almost immediately. The day of the appointment, I got another confirmation email and a phone call, advising me of exactly when, within my two-hour window, I could expect the associates to get my stuff. When they were about 30 minutes away, Tianna and Deonte called me to let me know they were almost to me and to confirm where they could park. They arrived on time, they were very professional and polite, and they quoted me the price I expected based on the number and size of the pieces I had. They worked efficiently and were respectful of my space and careful in their removal of the items. I will definitely use 1-800-GOT-JUNK the next time I need to get rid of items that are too big to get to a place like Goodwill on my own or that do not qualify as items a place like Goodwill would accept. I also really like that the company works with other entities to appropriately recycle/upcycle/dispose of items; I really like that the business model focuses on sustainability.
