Friendly and very efficient.

I found the website on a google search looking for another company and found this one first, so decided to explore estimates. I was pleasantly surprised that there were same day appointments and if I booked that day, a $18 discount. So I selected a convenient time for me, and signed up and waited for the time. I got a call that they were about 30 minutes away, asked where the best to park was and then arrived in less time. However, one look at the mattress/box springs stopped them dead in their tracks because of bed bug debris and needed to call their supervisor. so they did. Supervisor said they weren't prepared to suit up and dispose of safely for the work crew's health. I understood that concern but in retrospect, I have wondered why they weren't prepared for any eventuality. I got an estimate for the bed & sofa bed plus $150 for bed bugs prep. However, a crew could come out tomorrow, suited up and remove what I needed moved out. What time? He offered me 8:00 a.m first thing call so I took it. I got a call maybe 8:30 a.m. asking where to park when they arrived, thinking someone was one the way and would call closer to when nearby. Maybe after 9:00 I got a second call but from a different crew that they were about 45 minutes out, asked where to park etc. At arrival they suited up, came into inspect, began to tell me about the quote and I learned something a bit different and/or I didn't understand that it has more to do with how much truck space it takes up and they wouldn't know exactly until it was load one the truckSo very quickly they hauled things out which is what the whole adventure was all about and then they had to do some calculations of some sort to ascertain how much of the truck it was using up. In retrospect, the price came in about where the first estimate had put it so did I experience transparency in billing since when checking out a local college boy team for the summer, they gave me story about how heavy, how accessible etc for giving me a quote and they would normally charge to come out and assess in person as opposed to somehow figure it out with pictures.I'm moving to Kansas and wasn't going to take these things and bed bugs told me I wanted them out of the house sooner which was most definitely accomplished.

James and Trey arrived promptly, removed the items quickly and were pleasant. In short, they provided great service.

After waiting for promises from other people for six months, I called this company. The representative was courteous and she set an appointment for that same day. The hauler called me next thing you know the junk was gone and they even swept the yard. Thank you!!!
