Professional, friendly service provided by the 2 technicians - Adam and Justin. They worked quickly and efficiently, and when done, asked that I ensure that they had addressed everything. The only problem was with your phone team . When I called to schedule initial appointment, and then later to request an update - twice the team told me that my appointment was cancelled. And then once "rescheduled", then never sent a confirmation email even they told me they would. The only way I finally got service was when I went online and booked it. And I only stuck with you because I had a previous experience that was excellent, in Vancouver, WA.

The whole process from scheduling to Ed & Julio arriving on time was great. They were very professional and courteous. The job didn't end until after 8:30 pm but Ed and Julio didn't show any sign of tiredness but instead made sure they picked up everything ! Highly recommend!
