The movers were very professional and personable!

They contacted me twice before my scheduled day to say they were in the area and would I like for them to come to get the items earlier? If one of the items hadn’t been our dining table, I would’ve taken them up on the offer.They were kind, and took great care while removing the items from the house.

I received a phone call before my scheduled window to inform me that they would arrive on the later half of my window, which was really appreciated m. I also received a call 30 minutes prior to the workers showing up. They were very professional, informative and efficient.

The service was great

I was able to schedule pick up within a 2 hours time frame of my choice, not the service provider's availability. The men who picked up my furniture were on time (called 15 minutes before arriving), followed directions on where to park the truck, completed removal of the chair quickly and were very professional and polite. I thought the price for this personalized service was reasonable and will definitely use Got Junk again.
