These two gentlemen we very courteous and helpful! They did a great job, even tough they were working with a limited source of proper equipment. They had explained that there trucks were being pilfered by possible homeless people, such as in this case, made it impossible without proper sized hand trucks. I happened to have the right larger sized, hand trucks to allow the loading of my heavy spa! They also had to make up for another crew that had issues with being able to make the original appointment on time as promised. I hope in the future you are able to have one specialized truck for lifting heavy objects with a hydraulic lift gate on that truck, that should reassigned as a floater truck for those loads such as pianos, spas, engines, and the like!Sincerely, Richard Fritz
