Clear and effective communication--including options--about what was to be loaded into the truck. Excellent customer service given that I was a first-time user. I'll have more for another truck load in about two weeks. (PS -- I would have appreciated a wider range of tip options when paying. I gave 10%, but given less than an hour of work for $1000 I would have preferred a 5% option.)
