Good communication

Josh & Deon were timely, calm, friendly and didn't make me feel like it was chore to help me. Customer service these days is often lacking and I frequently feel like I'm bothering people who I'm paying to provide a service. The entire process related to Got Junk, was a pleasant experience and, while it isn't cheap, I felt like I definitely got my money's worth. Thank you so much, I will be calling you again.
