Great communication, responsive action! Mark & Noah were our representatives from GOT JUNK. They offered us a quote, which we accepted in a few days. My concern was that I doubted they could move all the stull we had, in their bided one-hour time frame (before overtime kicks in). Not only did they move all that junk out in less than an hour, but they also still had smiles on their faces! Our expectations were exceeded! We WILL recommend and refer our friends. They are willing to negotiate price on items. The first time I used them, I only had 1 item - a broken office chair. They weren't sure they could take it, but the 2 young men who came out made a phone call to their boss to see if they could make an exception. They did and charged me a reasonable amount for the 1 item. Since this went so well, I called them again to get rid of 4 video cabinets I had. Again, the 2 young men who came out were on time, very helpful, and took away the items. The charge was more, but expected to be more since there were 4 items. I even included a tip this time since the men and the company have been so accommodating. If you need to clean out your home, garage, or property grounds, I would go with these folks. They are reliable, reasonable, and professional.
