Good communication: Mark called promptly at 10AM (my window was 10AM to Noon) to let me know they were en route from their prior appointment. They arrived about 11AM and were completely done by 11:25AM. They told me what they couldn't take (latex house paint and fluorescent shop lamps) but they took everything else including a gas chainsaw and gas line trimmer. They quoted me a price before starting work. My load came to 5/8 truckload. Mark and Deion were very professional and courteous; I will definitely use GOT JUNK for my next cleanout project!
