They (Cody and his partner - I don't remember his name) were professional, timely, and helpful. They were able to arrive before the scheduled time window, and were able to negotiate a special price for the removal of my one item (a broken office chair) on the spot. If funds weren't so tight, I would have offered them a bigger tip than I gave cause they were that helpful. My home is very small and I had already replaced the chair and just don't have enough room in my home to house something that doesn't work. So, Cody and his partner really helped me out. Outstanding customer service and reliability.
