The guys called ahead, arrived early and gave me an estimate within 5 minutes. They listened well, were personable and efficient. For an 8:00 appointment, they were done by 8:10am.

It is very easy to make an appointment online. I always get a call from "Junk" the day before my appointment to confirm and always get a call prior to their arrival. They do a good job of removal and clean-up. The only draw-back is the price. Its high, but for me, worth it.
