When they made a mistake by missing our original pickup time and not providing a call ahead of time to let us know if they would not be able to make it on time, the customer service team was able to get it rescheduled to the following day where we did receive a call ahead of time and the crew arrived on time. I was also offered a 15% discount for the inconvenience for missing the original schedule date and time. Pricing was transparent.
