The guys that came out were extremely professional and did the job quickly.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Don't have to anything special with the junk. Your staff just picks it up and its gone. Your staff called 20 minutes ahead of their arrival and within half an hour of the start of the 2-hour appointment window. They didn't have a broom to sweep up though.

Since this was my first time using the service, I will start by being appriciated to drive all the way out in the rural area where I live. I especially like how tech savvy Mark was in using SQUARE to complete the transaction and being able to utilize the QR code on my phone to accsess the survey. Above all else, they got the job done! They came, I gave them the stuff, they put it in thier truck, they were thanked AND paid for and left. That's more than just good enough for me, that is great.
