There are several things that 1-800-GOT-JUNK does very well: 1) easy scheduling on-line, 2) a pick-up is often available the same day or the next day, 3)the staff always checks with you before they come, 4) the staff always shows up on time for the appointment, 5) the staff is always helpful, pleasant, courteous and FAST!
