I got an estimate over the phone, made the appointment without hassle, the team called to tell me when they were coming, they showed up on time. Also they took great care getting the large item out of my elderly mother-in-law's space and reassured her every step of the way that nothing would be damaged. They had to move a few things, but put everything back in place and were very courteous to her and to me. It was very appreciated (thanks Charlie and Juan!).
