Quick and easy.

Mark and Christoph were GREAT! They were fast, efficient, friendly and neat! I didn't expect them to clean up, but Mark swept my garage floor! There was great communication right from the start. Christoph called early to give an approximate time and called again when they were fifteen minutes away.

The staff was very quick and courteous in removing all of the requested items. They also made a fair assessment of what percentage of their truck we had filled with our junk so that we would not be overbilled.

Pleasant and helpful

They stayed in contact with me on the day of service to let me know their approximate arrival time and they were very courteous to us seniors. They also made sure the insert stove was moved even though it was heavier than anticipated. They had to make a second trip and add more man power, but I'm so glad they were willing to help us!
