I had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday, 6/13/2023. The crew arrived two hours later than planned but communicated well to let me know what was happening and the new arrival time. Juan rescheduled the rest of the whole house cleanout for Friday, 6/16/2023. When the crew arrived, I was impressed that Juan and Charlie could do the job in 7 hours. They busted their buts, and what I thought would take 4 crew members, they did with just the two. Very friendly and always ask about items if they are unsure if they are part of the cleanout. I highly recommend Juan and Charlie. I will use 1-800-got-junk for any future jobs.
