The two operatives, Andrew and Dion were very helpful and went above and beyond our expectations. They showed us the estimates and were very helpful in adding additional items to our initial load to make best use of our load. We got rid of so much junk - much more than we initially expected. We will definitely use them again.

Service was great!

I went online and found an open appointment the next morning. I called their office and found there was no charge for the estimate. Austin called at 8am and gave me an update on their arrival. Austin called when they were 25 minuetes away. When they arrived Austin and his assistance quickly explained their estimate which was very fair for all the junk we wanted removed. They efficiently loaded the truck, packing the items in a way to save me money. (The price depends on how full your items make their truck.) They were at the house less than 15 minutes. They were polite, professional, courteous and funny. I would definitely use Got Junk again and recommend them to friends and family.

They did everything great! All 3 team members that came by over 2 appointments this week were all amazing and they worked so hard and really went the extra mile too doing things they didn't have to do.
