The service is as spectacular from beginning to end.

Amazing!! I called the driver when he was almost to our home to tell him the couch was gone from the curb and we didn't need them anymore, and he was totally nice about it. What I didn't know is that the couch had actually been pulled into the alley around the corner. I called him right back and begged him to still come get it, and he did! He was extremely nice and quick. I made the reservation at 3PM and he came by 4:30PM. Customer service was great when I called to confirm the appt as well. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.
