I cannot recommend 1-800-GOT-JUNK? enough! Just a fantastic service provider. Angel and Carlos were two of the most hard-working, courteous, and polite service professionals I have ever encountered. Not only were they able to swiftly and cleanly get our job done, but they also were extremely kind and undisruptive to my wife's and my busy work from home schedule. I undoubtedly would HIGHLY RECOMMEND 1-800-GOT-JUNK? to any friend or colleague and will 100% be using them again in the future for my junk hauling needs.

Joshua and Mikea were incredibly kind and thoughtful from the moment I first spoke to them on the phone (they even offered to get me Dunkin Donuts on the way to my apartment!). I expressed some anxiety around the process, and they were very reassuring and compassionate, which helped me feel at ease. They excitedly greeted my cats when they came in, looked at the sofa I needed to move, and explained all the information I needed to know clearly and in detail. They even offered to help me move any heavy items I couldn't move by myself, but I thought they had already done more than enough carrying my couch down 3 flights of stairs on a humid summer day. I would absolutely use this service again and recommend it to the people around me!
